The Power of Your Words

We begin. The word. The word is the power. Yet it is used loosely. Many do not understand the power in their word. Many think their word is weak. There are no such things as weak words.

The word is how you create. If you think it weak or strong, it does not matter. Many put their faith more in the weak than the strong. They choose the things to speak of that they do not care for. That they do not want, and wonder why they have it.

To understand the power in your word will help you to understand the creation of your life.

The focus of the word, the emotion in the word, the belief in the word creates what you have. And for many, it is easier to believe the in lack of whatever it is they are wanting, and they speak of it in a way that pushes it from them, then wonder why they do not have what they want. Making excuses around it. Blaming situations. Blame others.

They do not feel they are worth it, deep within. They do not feel that they deserve the good. So they smile, or they cry, but make excuses on why it is not there. They give reasons that they think are sound to justify what they do not have, or to justify what they do have, even if they do not want it.

When you begin to understand the powers within words and thoughts, you will begin to change your life. But this can take some time because you have beliefs in many things. And these beliefs can jump in the way of what you are wanting. Because the belief is a habit that you have formed. Habits are just ways of thinking. To change your way of thinking changes your life. Addictions are ways of thinking also. Ways of thinking that, this thing you are addicted to is a crutch that you need. Or that is a crutch, a mountain you cannot climb. Yet the mountain is your own way of thinking.

How do you approach this? How do you change a habit? Or move from an addiction?

First, you must have faith in yourself. You must understand the power of who and what you are. You must stop playing victim and start playing victor. Because this is what you truly are. You are the conqueror of all. You are the god of your own words. The master of your words. You determine what you say. You determine what you are thinking.

So how do you move past the habits you do not want? These words that are not working for you? And these thoughts that just keep rolling in your mind and making you believe what you do not want to believe? Making it difficult for you to change whatever it is you are wanting to change?

Start simply. Start with looking for something to make you feel good. And then focusing upon the good. Moving your mind from what you do not want. Very gently.

What brings you joy? What fills your heart with joy? Consume yourself with this. Consume yourself with the thoughts that joy is around every corner, and you will begin to see it. Choose things that you feel worth, and you will build your worth. As one small thing brings you joy, it will bloom into larger and larger things that bring you joy.

It has been, and will be once again, compared to the seed that you plant. Your mind is the ground. And it is always fertile. Always ready to grow what you plant within it willingly.

So you may think that one little bit of joy will not be enough.

But we can tell you it will be plenty. There are plants that they call naturalizing. They grow more and more and more bulbs under the ground until they take over the area that they have been growing in. And then people start to give these plants away. “Come take some. They are overtaking my garden. I do not need so many plants.”

And it is happily taken by others who see these beautiful plants and want them for their own garden. This is the seed (bulb) you plant within your mind, and this is how it will work. You find that one seedling or seed of joy and you plant it. And you nurture it with kind words. And you water it with kind thoughts. And you speak of it often. For it is beautiful within your mind.

Suddenly you will notice that you have another plant of joy within your mind that just showed up. You do not know how it got there. It just became. Because like grows like. And joy grows joy.

These seedlings are now under the ground, where you do not see what is happening, growing more and more of the same. And as time goes by, your mind begins to fill with this joy. It is so full, it feels as though your head will open, and these beautiful plants will come out and be seen by all. And so they are.

And as they are seen by all, someone walks up to you and asks for a plant. And they ask for this plant by asking you for words of joy. Thoughts of joy. For they can see where your mind is, and they want some of this. They want it badly, for joy is a foundational necessity in life.

Joy is the reason we are here, and they can feel and see the joy coming from you. And they are asking you through your words, through your thoughts, through the pictures in your mind, for a bit of your plant that has now grown so much that your mind is filled with only it.

And you are saying to them, by offering them the words of joy and kindness and compassion, you are saying to them, “Oh, I have so much. Take some. Go plant it in your garden of your mind. Plant the seeds within your mind and allow them to grow, and you too will be able to share your plants one day with another, and with another.”

And then you will begin to look around and you will notice. All those who surround you are filled with joy.

How did this happen? How could this have happened and you did not even see it happening? You were so filled with joy. All you could see was joy. And they were attracted to it naturally.

Joy is the beginning of the feeling of worth. You don’t even have to think about worth. It becomes natural to you in knowing that you deserve what you are asking for. And knowing that the words you ask with are the creator of this feeling that you desire.

Begin with joy. It may seem small. It may seem insignificant. But joy is the foundation of your life.

We wish for you love in your life.
Peace in your mind.
Joy in your soul.
